Comments:This brush is ideal for finishing powders -- I use it to apply the Ultra Resolution Finishing Powder. I also use it to apply a sheer layer of Coquille Juane before applying my foundation, to even out my skintone a bit. The white bristles are so soft that you can barely feel them touching your skin, yet the results are a soft and even application of powder! (I don't press the brush hard enough for the black bristles to touch my face -- that would not give me as sheer of an application!) Previously I had been using a large fluffy brush (the kind used with traditional loose powders), but this Fiber Optic brush gives me a much more even application!
This brush seems to be well-made and is a good quality for the price (especially when it's on sale!). I have not noticed any shedding since the first wash or two. |

Comments:This brush, like all brushes, was expensive. The design allows one to apply minimal amounts of mineral make-up. It does this well, however, I was disappointed that it is a little scratchy on my face. Seems it should be softer. |
