Aromaleigh Mineral Cosmetics is required by law to correctly identify the contents and value of your package. We sympathize with the fact that some countries impose very high customs duties. However, we will not mislabel package contents, mark any package as a "gift," nor list a false value of the package contents. Shipping Rates:
* If you place an order that we cannot fit into the International Priority Flat Rate Envelope, then we will have to use a different shipping box and alternate shipping costs will apply, up to $23+ for the International Priority. We will notify you of these costs via email and then bill you the additional amount to your PayPal account. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International and International Priority, depending on what products you purchase (see chart above for rates and information). Packages are typically delivered within 5- 15 business days following the ship date. Because postal and customs delays do occur on occasion, please allow up to 45 business days following the ship date to receive your order. Our Free shipping coupon is for domestic orders only, but you may use any of our free product coupons on your order. Note: Aromaleigh is not responsible for packages that are delayed during transit. While most Airmail shipments are delivered within 15 business days, we do not guarantee delivery by any specific date and cannot be held liable if your package arrives late due to weather delays, mis-routing, heavy mail volume, or any other reason caused by the United States Postal Service. If your order has not been delivered within 45 business days of shipment, please contact Customer Service. We only provide replacements for lost shipments; refunds will not be processed for orders that have been shipped. When you place an order you will receive TWO confirmations- one from the shopping cart with your confirmation and order "Thank you" (It will include your order number) and one entitled "RESPONSE REQUIRED- INTERNATIONAL CONFIRMATION". You must read the "response required" email and respond to us with your approval of the policies and information on this page. Once we receive your approval, we will immediately ship your order. If you do not hear from you in response to the email, we will try to contact you several times, over the course of several days each time.
