receive a great deal of spam emails each day and emails left blank or without clear titles could be accidentally deleted.
Please include your full name, address and as much info about your order as you can provide (order number, especially). Thanks!
Our email addresses have been overtaken by spammers and we have just changed them. It had gotten to the point where every time we logged in there would be two hundred spam emails an hour, and we were losing important emails in this chaos.
Because of this, we cannot spell out out email addresses in full on the website or else spambots will catalog them and use them for this purpose again. We have image files below with our email addresses in them. Please follow the instructions below for each address. Thank you!
I am sorry for the inconvenience, but we cannot properly or efficiently service you as a customer if we are sifting through 10,000 spam email messages a day. As a small, family-owned independent company, these out of control spam messages were taking so much unneccesary time out of our order processing, product formulation and development time. We simply had to do something about it. Thank you for your understanding.

Spam filters: Please set your spam filters to allow email from us. Please check your spam filter or bulk mail filter if you write and don't hear back within 24-48 hours.
Ordering from work? Sometimes your company's server won't let our emails through to you. Try a hotmail, yahoo, excite or mac email address instead of your corporate email.
