Order placement: Aromaleigh is an internet company and we accept orders only via our online ordering system.

Customer Service : We are a 5 Star Top Service Yahoo! Shopping Merchant. Please click here for further information and to view ratings. We always do our best to resolve any customer service issues in a prompt and courteous manner. A mutually-respectful dialogue will allow us to work with a customer to find an acceptable resolution to an issue, in compliance with our policies. (Please do not ask us to make exceptions to our published policies- placing an order with us indicates your acceptance of our policies) If you threaten us, bully us or treat us in an otherwise abusive manner, we regret that we must immediately and permanently terminate our business relationship with you. Sadly, we do have to include that statement. We provide our customer service within the scope of our company policies. Please read our return policy and please order samples first! We are not like a large conglomerate company where you can return any product. We are a small, family-owned company. Our return policy is no different than that of the vast majority of other small mineral makeup companies. Sample first, no returns on full sized products. Return Policy: Please click here to read the details of our return policy. We offer samples of all of our products and thus do not accept returns on our products. We enjoy filling your sample orders and urge you to try samples of products prior to purchasing full sizes so that you can determine if our formulas and colors are right for you.

Order Processing Time: Your order will be processed and filled within 5 business days. This time period does not include your order's time in transit after it leaves Aromaleigh.

Coupon Codes : You may use one eligible coupon code per order. Coupon codes must be applied to your order before it is placed. We cannot apply coupon codes to previously placed, shipped or received orders. If you are having trouble getting a coupon code to work, please email us prior to submitting your order. Once your order is placed, it is considered final.

Order Finality: Please make sure that your order is complete and accurate before you place it. Please make sure that you have included all items that you wish to order and applied any discount code that you wish to use. Please make sure that you have followed the instructions for your discount code. (For example, please don't add full sizes to your order and then select our free sample-only shipping. This will delay your order. Please don't use the "firstorder" coupon if it is your 2nd, 3rd or later, order and you are not a new customer. These things WILL delay your order!) We consider all orders to be final once placed. We cannot make changes or additions to your order once you place it. Thank you for your understanding.

Product Representation : We make every attempt to accurately represent our products with good photos and color descriptions, but variations exist from monitor to monitor. Providers such as aol cache lower resolution versions of photos making our efforts difficult, as well. Our color descriptions are OUR personal descriptions of a color. They may not be yours. Color is entirely subjective and in the eyes of the beholder. This is why our sample program is so crucial. We offer samples of all of our products and we urge you to freely order these samples and place as many sample orders as you wish. We offer free shipping on SAMPLE-ONLY orders. We do not offer returns on full-sized products.

Minimum order : We have a minimum order (product subtotal, shipping cost not included in minimum) of $10.

Sales Tax: Orders within the state of South Carolina will be assessed 6% sales tax.

Forms of Payment: Aromaleigh accepts PayPal Instant Transfers, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover (including bank debit and check cards). We do not accept money orders, checks or credit card number phone-ins. Our online ordering system validates your credit card via billing address and CVV verification. The billing address your credit card statement is mailed to and the 3 digit code on the back of your credit card are needed to place an order.

Shipping: Aromaleigh ships via UPS and USPS. Shipping rates and transit times for your chosen service will be shown while you are placing your order. Shipping rates for UPS are based on UPS "Real Time" shipping rate data-- they are based on the weight, transit mileage, service level and rural/nonrural delivery designation. Please visit the following page to read specific information about our USPS and UPS ship method choices.

WHERE WE SHIP : Aromaleigh ships within the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and to military addresses (FPO/APO/AE. etc). We do not ship internationally.

UPS address correction/address change fees: If you enter a wrong address with your order, or if you change your address with UPS after your order ships and we are charged address correction fees on our UPS bill in association with your package, those fees will be passed on to you. Returned UPS packages to wrong addresses are asessed a return shipping fee AND a wrong address charge. These fees can be costly and you will be responsible for them. Return address/address correction charge is TEN DOLLARS! Return shipping charge is whatever your shipping charge was- that can be anywhere from $5-14 if you had a 3 Day Select package. A wrong address can thus cost you up to $24. Accuracy is crucial. Please know your address. We will provide copies of the related transactions in our UPS bill to you, so that you can view the fees.

Refusal of UPS packages/Not Returning UPS Pickup Slip: If you order from us via UPS and refuse the package or do not sign the UPS yellow slip, or pick up your package at the UPS call center, it will be returned to us eventually. We will be charged return shipping fees. You will be responsible for these return shipping fees. Placing your order with us is a contract stating that you will accept delivery of the product. If you do not accept delivery of the product, then you have to pay any associated fees involved in the return of the product, plain and simple.

Coupon Use Information: Aromaleigh coupons are good for internet orders only. Only one coupon is allowed per order. Coupons must be used at the time your order is placed. The code must be entered exactly as indicated in order for the coupon to work. Your discount will be automatically taken before you submit your order. If it is not, you have entered an incorrect or expired code. Coupons are not applicable to previously placed or shipped orders. No exceptions will be made. We do not honor customers requests for discounts to be taken on orders previously placed. Aromaleigh is not responsible for the content of other websites and coupon sites that display expired coupon codes. if you are unsure about a coupon code, please email us.

International Orders: Due to unreasonably high rates of loss, delays, damages and problems with the postal services of other countries, we are no longer offering international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Our starting to ship internationally was on a trial basis, and unfortunately, has been very problematic, especially with Canadian shipments.

Secure Shopping via Yahoo! Merchant Services: All transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption through Yahoo! Merchant Services. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. We are a Yahoo! Merchant Services Store, and make use of their servers for checkout.

Stipulation for large or potentialy fraudulent first-time orders: Aromaleigh reserves the right to limit order size or quantities, or refuse any order for any reason. We may from time to time require a customer to fax additional payment verification information or we may refuse unusually large orders to avert credit card fraud or potential problems and misunderstandings of our return policy and large order restocking fees.
