Q: How do I order with Aromaleigh?
A: Order placement: Aromaleigh accepts online orders through www.aromaleigh.com. We do not accept orders via mail or telephone.
Q: Do you sell wholeasale or do private labeling?
A: Our products are available exclusively through www.aromaleigh.com. We do not offer our products for resale or private label.
Q: What is your minimum order?
A: Our minimum order is $10 before shipping and tax.
Q: What is your turn-around time?
A: Average order turnaround time is 4-6 business days. (transit time excluded). If there is ever a delay with your order past that, we will contact you personally via email.
Q: How do you ship?
A: All orders ship via USPS. Your order may ship via First Class Mail, or Priority Mail, at Aromaleigh's discretion, based on the size and value of your order. Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express payment methods.
Q: Will I get charged sales tax?
A: Orders in the state of South Carolina will be assessed 6% sales tax.
Q: Are the color swatches 100% accurate on my screen?
A: We make every attempt to accurately represent our products with good photos and color descriptions, but variations exist from monitor to monitor. Our color descriptions are our personal descriptions of a color. They may not be yours, as color is subjective and in the eyes of the beholder.
Q: Can I change or add to my order once it is placed?
A: Please make sure that your order is complete and accurate before you place it. All orders are considered final once placed.
Q: Can I use your products anywhere on my face or body?
A: Product Use Disclaimer: Aromaleigh formulates products according to FDA mandates and in accordance with good manufacturing practices (GMP). Products are indicated and suggested for use on particular parts of the body (eyes, lips, cheeks, etc). Your use of any product in an area other than where it is instructed for use is done at your own risk. Please follow all label instructions carefully. Aromaleigh cannot be held liable for misuse of our products.
Q: Is there a limit to how much I can order, or is my signature required for larger orders?
A: Large orders/Signature Confirmation: We may require that the customer provide signature confirmation at time of package delivery in the case of large orders. $150+. This will be determined on a situational basis.A: Stipulation for large or potentially fraudulent first-time orders: Aromaleigh reserves the right to limit order size or quantities, or refuse any order for any reason. We may from time to time require a customer to fax additional payment verification information or we may refuse unusually large orders to avert credit card fraud or potential problems and misunderstandings of our return policy and large order restocking fees.
Q: What if my order gets returned or I refuse it? Is there a restocking fee?
A: Orders that are returned to Aromaleigh are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned orders. If you would like a returned order to be reshipped to you, you may pay for reshipment. When you place an order you must be able to accept delivery of your order. If for any reason your order is sent back to us, refused or undeliverable, you will receive the cost of your product minus the 25% restocking fee.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Aromaleigh ships within the USA for $2.99 flat rate. Orders within the USA that are over $50 ship for free. International orders have affordable ship rates despite large rate increases recently made by the US Postal Service for international shipments. Rate Increases: Our shipping rates may increase at any time without notice due to periodic rate increases made by the United States Postal Service.
Q: What if my order tracking shows that the package is lost?
A: Aromaleigh will, after reasonable time has been given for a delayed or misrouted domestic package to arrive, reship your order. We do not refund, we reship.
Q: What is your policy for changes in product pricing or inventory?
A: Product pricing and inventory is subject to change without notice. When we do discontinue a product we always will try to do so with advance notice to you.
Q: Is your shopping cart secure?
A: Secure Shopping via Yahoo! Merchant Services: All transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption through Yahoo! Merchant Services. When you enter your payment information into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. We are a Yahoo! Merchant Services Store, and make use of their servers for checkout.

- All orders are sent via First Class Mail. International orders average 14-45 business days transit time (Weekends and Holidays excluded). Customs delays are possible for many countries. Please allow time for possible transit and customs delays while awaiting your order.
- You will receive a tracking number. That number only tracks your parcel until it leaves the USA. After that, no tracking data will appear for your country.
- In the rare case that an order is lost, our policy is to reship the order. We do not refund, we reship. Shipping costs are never refundable.

- The maximum order size for International orders for NEW CUSTOMERS (first two orders) is $40.
- International ordering for NEW CUSTOMERS is limited to one order per week (7 days) per customer. Allow up to 45 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to arrive.
- Once you have successfully received two orders at your address without any problems, delays, delivery problems or loss, you are considered an "ESTABLISHED INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER".
* IF YOU ARE AN ESTABLISHED INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (two or more orders delivered without any problems/delays/losses)
- The maximum order size is $100
- Choose the ship option for Established International Customers from the shipping drop-down menu and press "apply"
- Orders that cannot fit into the small flat rate box used for larger orders will be delayed while we work out alternate ship method with you and discuss ship costs, or we will ship the package via first class mail if the shipping weight allows us to do so.
- Larger orders may be taken into consideration (please email us), but will only be shipped via Priority Express Mail, which requires your physical acceptance of the package and your signature. Orders shipped via this method do provide order tracking.
